See who is covered

Before you start

People are enrolled and at least some of them have a certificate, or a certificate that has lapsed. Coverage is read on Compliance, not guessed from the course list.

Steps

1. From the trainer home, choose Compliance.
2. Read the four counts: Overdue, Due soon, Not started, and Current. Due soon means a certificate is approaching the end of its validity. It is not a fifth status on the public check page.
3. Choose a count to see who it means.

What happens next

Overdue is someone whose certificate has lapsed and who has not yet passed again. Not started has not completed. Current holds a certificate that is still in date. An Audit pack of the organisation is on this screen when the plan includes it.

Common problems

• If Compliance is missing, or the page says The compliance dashboard isn't on your plan, the named list is not on this plan. Open Billing. Which plans include it is on the pricing page, not in this guide.
• The short figures on the trainer home are the same idea. The list of people, by name, is Compliance.
