Download an audit pack
Export the evidence for one person or the organisation, on plans that include it.
Before you start
An audit pack is the evidence export for an inspection: who trained, and the record behind it. It is on plans that include Compliance. If you cannot see that screen, open Billing. The pricing page says which plans include it.
Steps
- Choose Compliance.
- Choose Audit pack for the organisation. The file downloads.
- To check a pack you were given, open /verify and use Verify an audit pack. That check needs no account. It tells you whether the file is exactly the document Elumio issued.
What happens next
The pack is a snapshot of the record. Changing a course later does not rewrite a pack you already downloaded. A person holding a manager seat can take a pack and cannot change the underlying rows.
Common problems
- If the trainer home says the named compliance view is not on this plan, Audit pack will not be there either. Open Billing.
- A certificate code is checked on /verify as a certificate. A pack is checked there as a pack. They are different files.
