Your certificate
Open the certificate you earned and see what the code is for.
Before you start
You have passed a course that issues a certificate. A course can be set not to issue one. In that case you can still have completed it, and there is no document to download.
Steps
- Open the course, or your course list.
- Choose Download certificate or Download your certificate.
- The file carries a code. Anyone you give it to can check that code without creating an account.
What happens next
The certificate shows the name on your account, so set your full name before you rely on the printed document. It stays current for the period your provider chose, or it does not expire. Your list can show valid until a date.
Common problems
- If the download is missing, either you have not passed or this course does not issue a certificate. Ask your training provider which it is.
- An expired certificate is still a real one that has lapsed. It is not a fake. Your provider sets whether you take the course again. See Check a certificate.
