Before you start

Use the email address your training provider enrolled. There is no password to remember or to reset.

Steps

1. Open the invite your provider sent, or go to the sign-in page.
2. Enter that email address and choose Send me a code.
3. Open the email and enter the code. The page says No password to forget — we email you a code instead.

What happens next

You land on your courses. Your name is what will be printed on a certificate, and you can set it before you finish if it is not already right.

Common problems

• If no email arrives, check spam, then choose Send me a code again after a short wait. The address must be the one your provider enrolled.
• A wrong address is fixed by your training provider. They enroll the right one. Elumio cannot see a course you were never put on.
• If you still cannot get in, use Trouble signing in. You do not need an account to send that form.
