Proof
Check a certificate
Confirm a code on the public verify page, with no account.
Before you start
You need the code printed on the certificate, or the QR code on it. You do not need an Elumio account, and you should not be asked to create one.
Steps
- Open /verify.
- Enter the code, or follow the QR code on the certificate.
- Read the result.
What happens next
A certificate that is still good reads Valid certificate and shows Valid until when it has an end date. One that was genuine and has lapsed reads Expired, with the words Genuine, but lapsed — that is not the same as a code Elumio does not recognise. Revoked means the organisation withdrew it. There is no separate “expiring” badge on this page. Trainers see Due soon on Compliance when a certificate is approaching its end. That word is not a status here.
On a custom training address the check may wear that organisation’s theme, and it answers only for certificates that organisation issued. elumio.io/verify stays the global check, for any certificate.
